Here are a couple of my recently completed artist's guitar rebuilds
    Late '70s "Blackmore" Fender Stratocaster

This started out as a Made In Mexico Classic Series '70s Stratocaster. It was disassembled right down to the bare body and rebuilt to the same specifications as those built for Ritchie Blackmore in the late '70s.
Modifications include:
Schaller tuners
Graphite nut

“Blackmore” scalloped neck.

Seymour Duncan SSL-4 pickups neck & bridge, middle is a dummy.

Same tone control system as fitted in Blackmore's Strats.

CRL 3-way switch wired as per the original.

CTS 250k pots.

Extensive anti-noise measures.

Switchcraft 1/4“ output socket.

Jim Dunlop Flush Mount Strap Locks.

Cut down backplate, made changing strings easier.

Modified tremolo spring set up.

1/4" stainless steel tremolo arm (not shown).

Even has a Schaller strap lock button on the headstock just the same as Blackmore had on his. Served no purpose other than to confuse people!

      Michael Schenker's #1 Gibson Flying V

This is a Flying V rebuilt to the same specifications as that of Michael Schenker's #1 Flying V, right down to the Fender Stratocaster control knobs and number one alongside the neck joint.
Modifications include:
CTS 500k pots.
Switchcraft 3-way switch.
Switchcraft 1/4" output socket.
Fully rewired.
Correct Seymour Duncan pickups fitted.
Pickup and control cavitys fully shielded.
Custom made pickguard.
Repainted as per the original.

Jim Dunlop Dual Design Straplock Buttons
